Just a Horrible location, the fact that you have 5 people on the back on their computers while you only have 1 representative taking 10-15 people is crazy, they dont care about the service, they dont care about its customers & on top of that they are rude. No wonder the government is trying to shut down USPS.

Although the employees try their best, it’s always a pain coming here. Our apartments are having battle with the post office regarding the locks on the mailbox and so after living at our apartments for more than a year and a half, the USPS still doesn’t deliver mail to our boxes. Every once in a blue moon they bring bulk mail and drop it in the Amazon boxes but if we want mail we have to come to the post office. Many people have asked what the issue is and the employees continue to tell us about ordering the wrong locks, the locks arriving damaged, etc.
stopping in for mail takes 30-45 minutes, no joke.

This post office is terrible, and something seriously needs to change.
We purchased a home in a new community and have now been living here for over a month, yet we still do not have locks on our neighborhood mailboxes. When asking for an update, we’ve now been told that it could take several more months, with no clear timeline or explanation.
In the meantime, I have to go to the post office multiple times a week, stand in line for over an hour, and then wait while an employee searches through a bin where mail for our entire neighborhood is thrown together. Sometimes they find my mail, sometimes they don’t, and I’ve even had mail returned to the sender despite living at the address and repeatedly coming in to retrieve it.
I understand that new construction can cause delays, but expecting an entire neighborhood to operate like this for potentially several months is unacceptable. There should be a better temporary process in place until the mailbox locks are installed.
The overall operation lacks organization, communication, and leadership. Residents should at least be given accurate information, a realistic timeline, and a reliable way to receive their mail.
After more than a month of this, being told to essentially keep doing it for several more months is not a reasonable solution. Something needs to change.

They marked a package delivered because I had a few packages received that day and my mailbox didnt hold it. I was on the phone for 2 hours on July 24. On July 25, they called me back just to let me know they cant help, when i got upset that she called me to tell me she cant help, I got upset so she started calling me rude. Every time I call to speak to the manager, she just puts me on hold. After being on hold for 20 or 30 mins, someone else with a better attitude helps me but the refuse to give names.
