The delivery driver lies and says no ones was there even though on both occasions where they said i wasnt present, i was home and the people who could sign for it were there too. Terrible place of business and everyone there should be removed entirely

I been there 3 months and have yet to see mail. Have to come to this office periodically to pick up. NOW, i have not been getting any mail in about a month even at this location. No one has any answers. How do you have a residency of tenants in a development not get many mail??! Totally unacceptable by the USPS. I have already spent part of my time back and forth here with no results. I have informed delivery so i know when mail is suppose to be in. To not have this issue resolved is neglect and border line criminal. This needs to be corrected ASAP for all the tenants in this community who pay high cost of rent to be able to at the very least pick up mail at their own mailbox. GET IT FIX ASAP USPS!!
- MMMike MJun 19, 20261.0I got a post office box on April 28 2026 and I have not received ant of my mail in my po box I am receiving another lady mail I have been to this post office 6 times about this and talked to the supervisor and he keeps giving me the run around I have made a complaint to the regional office and still nothing has been done they charged 125 for 6 months and I still have not got it resolved this is the some bullshit. If u open someone mail they will try to lock u up over it but when u are trying to het ur mail they dont do shit and tell u a bunch of lies
