- AAAlex4 days ago3.0This place is always and I mean always packed but they do have 4 self service kiosks. Highly recommend minimizing your time here as much as possible. I pay for my postage ahead of time or come in for returns where I can do anything I need self-service, bring my own boxes, etc. That way once your package is prepped you can drop it in the bin of packages at the front desk - don’t get in the line unless you need to pay for something. The drop boxes have been broken and taped shut for a long time.

- VAVladimir ArguetaApr 30, 20261.0I’m extremely frustrated with the service at this post office. The service is very slow, and the supervisor has not been helpful at all. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they keep blaming the DMV every single time. I have already gone to the DMV six times to have my driver’s license sent to me, and every time the post office returns it. Yesterday, I had to go to the DMV for the 7th time because of the same problem. This is unacceptable and very stressful. I expect better service and accountability. Customers should not have to go back and forth like this just to receive important documents.

As I’m waiting in this line and the office was supposed to open at 9am, makes me think….We want the social security offices and post offices to be better, WE MUST VOTE FOR PEOPLE that will make getting the offices a priority. Stop voting for people that do not have true issues as a priority.

They've called me back but only left a phone number that takes you to a phone tree and is never available and won't take VMs. Customer care gave me another number but that one doesn't allow a VM, and ends the call. Package tracking is NOT always correct, and there's no way to confirm it's location via phone calls.
