- MMM. MobinMay 31, 20261.0I was trying to return a package containing a pair of shoes that I had never even opened. The box was already packed exactly as how I received it. For some reason, the 2 employees were focused on finding reasons to reject the package, claiming there wasn't enough filler material inside the box. I was then told I needed to pay an additional $3.99 for packing filler. I've returned many packages over the years and have never encountered such unnecessary hassle. It shouldn’t be this hard to drop off a package.
