- BBBrandonSep 17, 20261.0This place apparently dont have a " license" to ship firearm attachments despite that not being a thing. anti 2a location. Definitely was discriminated against. Do not go here. Update: "Attachment" is not a firearm part. There were no firearm "parts" that were being shipped nor "firearms". This place is just trying to glaze over it so you the consumer assumes that they are in the right. It was clear discrimination especially when I asked where this rule applies to "attachments", I was denied that info and refused service.
- SWSto WickSep 11, 20261.0We needed a trust notarized, and went to this UPS location. The day before, we called to confirm that they did notary service, and they confirmed that they did. When we arrived, they informed us that they would not notarize a trust. That would have been helpful to know when we called the day before! On top of that, the website says that they notarize trusts (see photo). The document needed notarized before family left town, and everyplace else was closed by the time we found out UPS wouldn’t do it. UPS really let us down at a time when we really needed them! The notary person should always clarify what they do and don’t notarize when someone calls in and asks about their services! They should also make sure that their website is always up-to-date with their most current policies! I couldn’t be more disappointed in UPS!
