    I was so worried about returning an item, I didn't know the process or the costs. I went inside the store and I heard this little voice say "hi welcome to UPS how can i help you?". It was Mary! She literally had me smiling so hard and completed my process within 4 minutes! Also, there were zero costs. Thanks to Mary I will forever be a customer to this location!

    The UPS Store is very well run and the staff there is very knowledgeable can and can help you with mailing out packages and shipping items I've had to go there many times and they were able to help me and they also have supplies and things to buy and the staff is polite and easy to talk to

    If you don’t want attitude, don’t use Uber’s Courier service [the one that UPS themselves contracted with, in order to let you send a package to the store. And let the reply from the UPS Store prove that the attitude will translate into their replies to customer dissatisfaction reviews … yes this is an updated review]. When you call to verify it showed up, you may be unlucky enough to speak to [seemingly either of the two ladies I heard speaking] whom will say they are so busy they can’t be bothered to look and see if your package has been dropped off. A customer on the phone is just as important as a customer in the store. [Instead of the store staff acting like they even had to manually look through all of the packages, they could have just asked me for the tracking number. I’m sure that would’ve made it a lot easier.] In the time it would’ve taken her to tell me about how busy they were, and how she can’t look for it, [the situation could’ve been resolved very smoothly and easily, but their genuine lack of empathy or understanding that /maybe/ I was trying using a courier for the first time and wanted to make sure it worked….?]. It had literally just been dropped off according to the courier. I wasn’t asking anyone to look for a package that showed up an hour or more ago. I asked them to look for something that would’ve been, most likely, right behind her. If [any employee not just one] doesn’t want to have to be bothered to answer questions or doesn’t want to have to deal with Uber Courier delivery questions and [quite simply] verifying they’ve arrived, maybe she shouldn’t be working a customer-facing position.

    I get consistently great customer service every time I come here, regardless of my packing and shipping needs. Everyone is always friendly and efficient. During today’s visit I was greeted by Mary, who explained some additional options to make my Amazon return even easier than anticipated. I appreciate Mary’s level of service and will keep coming back to this store because of how courteous and efficient they are—and I know that isn’t easy in the customer service and retail world. Thank you, Mary and team!
