Nobody has an explanation. Everyone has a different definition of soon but this stores "soon" might as well be a big ol middle finger. Front Royal UPS had a notary on staff, ready to work.

It clearly described the poor customer service I experienced at your business. Your first reply stated that the store was busy. After I pointed out that it wasn't, your latest reply shifted to discussing notary services. It was not busy the workers out numbered the customers in the store. Cashier was polite but as soon as she got someone to come assist me It was a very unpleasant experience and I was made to feel as though my existence as a customer was an inconvenience. I will go anywhere else but back to this location and recommend to others they do so as well.
