It's rare to get this level of care and attention these days, and he made what could have been a stressful errand actually easy and pleasant. - NANancy AliceaJul 25, 20261.0I had a very bad experience at this store today. I spent an entire hour trying to print a single document and ultimately left empty-handed. When I arrived, two of the self-service machines were out of order, and the other two required employee assistance. After I printed my document, I realized the size was incorrect. I asked for help, and the associate explained that I would either need to place an order for next-day pickup or adjust the settings myself. I made the changes and tried printing again. After waiting about seven minutes for the machine to process, I asked the associate for assistance again. I was told the internet was running slowly and there was nothing else that could be done. After waiting a total of 22 minutes, I was then informed that the machine needed to be rebooted. By that point, I had already spent an hour trying multiple solutions and had to leave without my document. There was only one employee available, who appeared to be handling several things at once, making it difficult to get timely assistance. This experience was extremely frustrating, and it will be my last visit to this location.
