I refuse to spend money and waste time here. I will continue to go to the competition even if it's out the way. At least I get greeted when I walk in and find what I need and no long lines like I'm at a Walmart or something good grief.

I spoke with a staff member at the print center, and she told me that if I placed the order there, I might not be able to pick it up until tomorrow by 9:00 PM, which is close to closing time. She did not give me an exact pickup time, which was confusing because I did not expect sticker printing to take that long. I asked if it would be possible to pick it up tomorrow morning around 8:30 AM, but she said she could not promise anything unless I paid a rush fee. I understand that stores have policies and turnaround times, but the communication felt unclear. Later, my friend told me that I could buy sticker paper in the store and use the self-service printer to print the stickers myself. I was about to purchase Avery sticker paper, so I asked the same employee if I could use it with their printer. She said customers are not allowed to change or load paper into the printer. Overall, I felt the employee was not very helpful and did not offer any alternative solutions after I said I did not want to pay the rush fee. The experience was frustrating and disappointing. I hope Staples can improve communication and customer service in the printing department.
