Billie also brought a great sense of humor into the mix, making the entire experience enjoyable. It’s clear that this team works like a well-oiled machine, and you can really feel the family-like atmosphere here. Emily was fast, efficient, yet still patient and educational throughout the process. I’ve never applied for a passport before, and honestly, dealing with government processes can be daunting.
