- EEExplorer-One6 days ago5.0This post office has always been good for me. Speed is usually about what you’d expect from a local USPS location, sometimes it moves pretty quickly, and other times it can be a little slow, that just comes with the territory. The employees have always been nice in my experience, and the area itself feels very safe, especially with the courthouse nearby. Overall, it’s been a reliable location whenever I’ve needed to stop in.
- LLLorra-Lee LegoasSep 23, 20265.0Wow! Anthony has brought professionalism back to the USPS! His friendly and welcoming demeanor are commendable. Anthony is most deserving of a raise because he provides excellent customer service. He takes pride in provision top notch, quality postal services!
- WHWren HarlowSep 19, 20265.0Anthony you rock! Help me pair down a box that saved me $60 dollars to ship. The whole staff was nice with a sunny disposition. 😊
- BMBrian MillerSep 18, 20261.0Truly terrible service. Line is always out the door. Never more than two people working, rarely more than one. In this case, there’s not a single person at the window serving customers. We can hear at least five people in the back, as the line gets longer and longer. Someone will occasionally walk by, going about their business, without even acknowledging anyone in line or giving us an expected wait time. It’s been 15 minutes and not one person has been served. People are giving up and leaving.
- RERhyan EstradaSep 14, 20265.0I ship things here pretty often, I usually use the self service station but anytime I've had an interaction the staff are so kind and efficient. I want to give a shout out to Lou, I'm in line right now and every customer he has it is so genuinely helpful and wholesome. It was so sweet, a lady bought a pack of stamps and he said "oh they're so beautiful, just like my wife" and it made me smile.
