Today (Tuesday) I went in to ship several packages and Stacy was the employee who helped me initially. I kept having to run out to my truck to grab the other parcels because they were awkward and heavy. I came back into the store for the third time, and Stacy informs me that he has to leave cause he’s about to be over on hours. Stacy communicated to me that the employee who is going to replace him at the counter, is going to refuse to ship my packages because they are so awkward and heavy, and that I will have to come back on Thursday. I could also hear in the back, the aforementioned employee complaining about the size of my parcels. This branch needs a serious overhaul if they are going to refuse service to paying customers. After all these are federal employees paid with tax dollars who then also charge me for the service they provide. I now have to drive across town in rush hour traffic to a different post office to ship my parcels. Do yourself a favor and go to FedEx or UPS, these guys are a joke.

Only went in to drop off packages after hours, but it the lobby was unlocked, so you can access PO boxes. They have a drop box thing in the wall in the lobby, however their "flats" & "envelopes" spot was behind the locked door to where they have shipping supplies for sale, and the checkout counter. Would have to wait till they open to access the letter & flats bins, but I dropped mine in with the packages I sent out with the drop box thing on the wall in lobby.

With this review is coupled a photo of a mailman from Acredale literally loading a cluster mailbox that is toppled over on its side and has been for at least 3 months and is the property of the United States Postal Service, who has been notified on numerous occasions throughout the course of that time and has proceeded to negligently be grossly derelict in their duty of providing crucial mail services that directly impact the lives and incomes of many families on Sangaree Circle and at least two businesses that I know of. This is completely unacceptable and quite frankly whoever is in charge at this post office needs to be punished and a law suit filed for all of the damaged mail, bills, and income that results when this unsecure and easily thievable mailbox gets left intentionally this way in rain storms for months. In addition, another lawsuit needs to be filed against the postal "service" to the fact that this mailbox during the course of these three months has damaged a mans fence due to it falling over numerous times. Absolutely incredible how little these people have any respect for the others who are the sole reason they can provide incomes for their families.
