- MLMorgan LeFayApr 26, 20261.0This does not make sense and is an example of how to waste money. I know they like to go on strike but maybe we should boycott the mail. Btw the place that my item is being mailed from is only a mile and a half from my house. We just did not want to go to the pharmacy that day. Apparently they did not want to go to me either. The fact that they burned all that fuel, hundreds of miles is as insane as the presidency.
- BHBianca HearnsApr 22, 20261.0Elderly clerk with grey dreads is extremely rude. Came in with a prepaid click and ship with the option print at post office selected with a priority flat rate envelope $10.30 included. Waiting in line upon my time for service I showed the receipt on my phone and she immediately caught an attitude “we don’t do that here” please train your staff better. Asked me to step out of line to go get the envelope asked which one refused to properly show which envelope that she barely looked at on the receipt. I’m not sure if she is unsure how to use technology properly or shouldn’t be working with the public. Decided to get a refund and take my business elsewhere. Asked for her name for I could happily let USPS know how awesome their customer service is and of course “post office employee”. Will escalate this. Thank you. Call the Oceana office, luck of the draw the manager of the Hilltop location answered. This isn’t sporadic behavior. The manager was amazing! She was very empathetic to how sub par and condescending the clerk she manages was (that clearly gets off on a mail based authoritarian vibe…baby it’s giving drop out) please. The manager is was great and very empathetic. Took the time to hear me, and offered amazing support for said unprofessionalism.

They always help me every single time and even taught me how to use the shipping label machine in the front and the drop box so I don’t have to wait in line. Thank you guys so much I’m much more confident when I come in now, knowing what I know!
