Hello this review is for a great gentleman named Kamal I can’t believe he called me today to ease my worries regarding my mail that is hoping around but it’s now making its way to my I thought that was so nice of home I submitted a ticket to find out why I haven’t yet received my priority mail that was scheduled to arrive last week and to get a answer on why has it been hoping around to different distribution centers he explained everything to me and was very clear and he is also very respectful and polite thank you again Mr Kamal.

The staff that was on duty at the time, wasn't very knowledgeable about certain things that I think they should've known

I never have any issues. A lot of USPS customer services can be done online people so I'd check the website before going. Change of Address.... online people.

So far this location has proven to be exactly what you should expect from the USPS which is very little. The entire concept of the USPS is circling the drain and has been ever since it was turned into an "inclusion" dumping ground. There is no pride left in this organization...correction there's plenty of "pride" I should have written there's no dignity left. We bought a single family home that came with a mailbox ON THE HOUSE RIGHT BY THE DOOR...turns out there's a "carrier contract" that makes sure they can just shove all the mail into cluster boxes so the carrier doesn't have to lift too much of a finger AND we the taxpayer and customer of the USPS are the ones that have to prove a "hardship", and "YES" the cluster boxes that get broken into all the time. So....snow, rain, heat, gloom of night, walking, bending, driving, lifting a finger, being accurate, doing things right, being a good human, making good choices, not committing fraud....and so much more.....WILL STAY the current USPS from doing anything productive. Join me in boycotting them every chance you get. I'm elated to contribute to the eventual demise of this defunct dinosaur organization and eliminate 100% of the entitlement jobs. UPDATE 4-29We got the key to the cluster box...and one of the three will in fact open the box. Wouldn't you think when I went to get the keys that the lady would give me the 6"stack of back mail that I insisted must exist? She told me "that's not how it works they'll bring it all to your box." Which we all know didn't happen. Thankfully when I went back, Cody was able and willing to walk ALL THE WAY to the back to retrieve said stack.

Good easy in-store experience. As long as you have everything ready, i.e., forms filled out, the package all sealed, and a proper address is in place before you get in line to get the stamp or labels, everything will be smooth sailing, and the line will flow faster as it should.
