  Went in super early on a Sunday to print something as this was the only place open and the service was amazing. Maurice was super kind and efficient when I only had a few minutes to print something. It really turned my stressful morning around.

  After trying the landstown center UPS I came here and it was a completely different experience! Carlos was very helpful, kind and considerate even though the huge area rug I needed to return was heavy! He unloaded it with a smile and went above and beyond to be courteous, kind and his customer service was 10 stars! Will never go to landstown UPS store again, this will be the only one from here on out!! Thank you, Carlos for your outstanding customer service and every one on staff there had a friendly smile!

  I shipped an expensive item using this location. I notified the employee at the time of purchase what the item was. He saw that it was packaged, and offered me insurance. He never indicated specifications for how the item was packaged to be guaranteed. This product was shipped to me by a major retailer in this box. I was merely sending it as a gift. The delivery driver broke the item. I filed a claim, and the lovely owner of this location said it wasn't packaged properly and that her staff "assumed" it was to offer the insurance. She never opened the package after it was retrieved to see what was broken. It came in a gift box with padding, and was in another box with paper around it. Her response was that my claim is denied because it needed bubble wrap and paper. She was condescending and dismissive. This was the owner of the franchise. Because of UPS' negligence, I have suffered a significant loss. I am disappointed and will never use this location again. EVER.
