- JFJohn FudalaSep 29, 20262.0Little long story. I had my package boxed, but I knew it would need a box to go into. They told me they could box it. I had my printed out label. They boxed it up and taped the label on. I asked should they tape across it . First they said no. then they did tape across the label. then they said something about , "they know what they are doing , they do this everyday". You may do this everyday, but I don't. then They said they need to charge me for the box. I'm thinking it will be like $1. she rung it up and it was $9 . at this point I had no choice in the matter. It was just a little off putting. Tell me the cost of the box before you tape it all up and tape across my label. Sorry for the "only 3 stars" She was fast . I'll give her that. and I'm a bit of a customer service specialist. and I'm just trying to help.
