Raphael is the bomb! Took care of our notary in five minutes flat, was kind, efficient, and an all around joy to work with! Will definitely be coming back here for all of our notary needs. Thank you for everything!

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience at this UPS location. I called early in the morning to confirm whether the store could print 50 copies of a double-sided flyer. I was told it could be done and that it would take approximately 50 minutes. I sent the files and printing specifications around 9:36 AM, but I never received confirmation that the request had been received. About two hours later, I called to follow up and confirm that the flyers could still be completed that day. I was again told that it was possible and that the team would print a test copy for me to review before proceeding. I came to the store, reviewed the test copy, confirmed that it looked correct, and was told the full order would take another 50 minutes. After waiting another two hours without receiving an update, I became concerned because the store was approaching closing time. I called again and was then informed that only 35 of the 50 copies had been printed, and they were single-sided. I was told that the printer had not been working properly. I completely understand that technology can fail, and I don't fault the employees for a printer malfunction. What was frustrating was the lack of communication throughout the process. If there was an issue with the printer or the order could no longer be completed as requested, I would have appreciated being informed sooner. If it couldn't be done, I could have simply taken the files elsewhere rather than waiting most of the day without knowing the status of my order. To the two employees who were working around 6:40–7:00 PM: thank you for trying your best to resolve the situation. You were helpful and did nothing wrong. Sometimes technology doesn't cooperate. My main feedback for the manager or owner is simply to improve communication with customers when there are delays or equipment issues. A quick update would have made a significant difference in this experience.
