They are fast and friendly. I had to return a cat feeder and they wanted to see a picture of my cat. I wondered if that's what the vendor needed but they just love cats- who doesn't?

If you can possibly go to any other UPS store do so. The only thing that gave this place two stars is the fact that there are a couple of the staff member There. Particularly the female with a longer dark hair that is super pleasant. Otherwise, if anyone else is working, they will always tell you their system is down. They will just randomly close and lock their door many minutes before they’re actually closed and you just stand out there and they are just looking at you. They don’t come to the door and tell you their system is down. You actually have to find out from another customer randomly outside that tried to go in earlier. It’s like I get it. You’re working on hourly but when you lock up that door 10 minutes before and say nothing about why. Multiple times. It’s pretty highly frustrating.

The customer service here is always AMAZING!!!! the staff is always efficient, professional- yet personable- and patient. It is a very busy place and I am constantly impressed with their poise with unprepared or agitated customers. There is consistently a wait, but that is due to volume and store size, NOT the proficiency of the personnel.

Ol’ Thomas sucked and needs some help with customer service. My husband went into the store today at 1645 to make Amazon returns and we were asked for shipping labels, which Amazon said we didn’t have to print. Thomas wanted to charge us for the shipping labels and a vessel to ship the returns in - that’s not what Amazon required. Turns out, we were right. Thomas didn’t ask if we had QR codes for our returns, just shipping labels and wanted us to buy boxes. Neither of us had ever made an Amazon return with UPS and definitely won’t be again. He also cut me off speaking but didn’t do that to my husband. I’m a female btw, probably has everything to do with it. After I tartly questioned if he was going to let me speak, he decided it might be a good idea! In the end we paid only $4 and some change instead of the $30+ it would’ve cost otherwise….and he was going to charge us that amount proudly. So tone deaf in this economy. Won’t recommend this store to any of my military friends shipping presents home for the holidays.
