- JSJessica StootsApr 22, 20262.0I don’t think I’ve ever actually been greeted once at this store. It’s usually super busy with just one person doing the register. I’ve had to leave multiple times but honestly it’s more of a customer service that prompted me to leave this review. They will just be having conversations with each other and not even paused to acknowledge you just kind of wave you up and continue their conversation conversations. Two girls the other day did this to me and they were actually talking to each other about how they deserve to be getting a raise. I thought it was kind of comical because of how horrible the customer service is.

And when I asked, she said that her manager has instructed her to do so, even if im right at the very inch or under. My item measured just under 8 inches, and she put it at 9. Same for each side. That's fraud. Also, she was so rude constantly interrupting me and when I said something, she just argued. I had to tell her 3 times to stop interrupting and speaking over me. Whoever the Lil blonde girl is with the piercings who eats and drinks while handling customers needs fired. She is awful. I am never coming back after doing business here for 3 years.

I’ve seen her do this a couple of times, since I go to this store regularly. Walking away without saying anything is disrespectful.
