It's a good thing you can scan your own. Packages, because the line is almost always too long!

Four customers. Two staff. Staff will not look up from what they are doing to greet or acknowledge customers. A FedEx delivery driver dropped off a number of packages and they quickly looked up, smiled and greeted her. Zero acknowledgment to the three women standing in line waiting for help.

Friday at 245 pm 2 ladies working. Packaged was taped up and ready to go. This is my business shipping account and one of my employees was shipping me a box of items I needed out of town. My employee walked in the store and said she was shipping on an account, and the lady working told my employee that she had to change out the box and had to print her own label on the app. When did you guys stop printing labels for us? She asked the lady for scissors or a box cutter since she had to open the box to switch items, and the lady looked at her, rolled her eyes, said they didn’t have anything and walked away from the counter. Reluctantly, she switched boxes and the lady told her she had to buy a roll of tape to tape the box herself or pay for packing services. First off, the package was ready to go when arriving at fed ex, and then you make her change boxes and then won’t tape that box. Poor customer service. My employee called me from outside the store as she was switching items into the new box, and I was in disbelief as to the interaction I was being told. When she went back in, a different lady helped her and there were no issues. The lady printed the label and started going over pricing for the next day. The rude employee interrupted and said that box that she made her switch to wasn’t for overnight deliveries and the employee helping her said I am helping her, and we are good. I don’t understand. I have never had to switch anything into a fed ex box for overnight delivery or express delivery. Is this a new policy or just rude customer service trying to make the store a couple extra bucks?

Wonderful service. Needed a number of items printed quickly for our wedding and Brent made it all happen! He was helpful, kind, and patient. Shortly after, had to make another trip in to sort out some packages and Lori was so sweet and helpful. She even asked about the wedding :) best fedex ever!!!
