Dealing with mail and shipping can sometimes be stressful, but Tamika was incredibly kind, compassionate, and patient with me, even on a day when I was clearly having a rough time. She went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly, which made a huge difference in my day. It is rare to find such genuine warmth and professionalism, and I am so grateful for her support. Highly recommend this location, largely because of team members like her!

- TBThe BombFeb 16, 20191.0An African American lady who works the front desk is the most inhumane, apathetic and ignorant person I have ever met in my entire life who works at the post office, I requested to pick up a package when my tracking number said it had arrived at the post office being prepared to ship, and she lied saying that another associate is in the process of delivering the package when clearly all of the delivery cars are right beside the building. She always hesitates to just hand over any package, being that she is just too lazy to go in the back and retrieve it. Horrible customer service. Then she tells me to come back at 11:00 when clearly they're closed wasting my time and gas. This is pathetic
