  They offer no support or help except a “ we don’t know” this is bad business!! If you the US Postal service doesn’t know where the mail is being delivered from your office goes than who does?? Certainly not the customer. Oak Terrace Apartments is a brand new build for over 60 days now and NO ONE HAS MAILBOX KEYS AND THE ADDRESSES COME UP INVALID ON ALL MAJOR COMPANIES AND WEBSITES. You can’t even put in for Informed delivery because it’s not in the Us Postal system. It’s not even on Google Maps properly!!! Preventing deliveries and important mail from reaching us. Yet alone those of us who are handicapped and seriously depend on the mail system and delivery, like groceries and medical supplies for ex. The mail is not being held there or brought to rental office at complex so where the hell is it!!?? You’re preventing anything from being done online which is a serious inconvenience. PLEASE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD FIX THIS!!!

  When I get to the post office, I see the front desk clerk throw a package all the way across the room into a metal bin red flag number one, Then when I drop off my package, I’m just cracking a joke and I said don’t throw my package and bust it open like the one you just did and she proceeded to tell me that that’s all they do is throw packages around and she asked me how do I expect them to deliver the packages and I said you picked them up and carry them and move them not throw them across rooms and she said oh no as light as your packages is it’s gonna get thrown all over the place and I was completely shocked. She didn’t even care if I had valuables or to handle my package with care she just straight up told me yeah we throw packages that’s how your package is gonna be treated thrown all around and we don’t care this is very sad. The employee was a heavyset older black lady with long dreads so if you have valuables, don’t take it here because they throw packages around and she pretty much told me that they don’t handle with care, and they don’t bother to try her attitude is very nonchalant

  This location is so unprofessional! They are constantly leaving my packages in the incorrect parcel lockers or not leaving a key so I can obtain my packages. This has happened so many times that i’ve started hanging around the mail area when i know usps is delivering my package so i can get it right away. They also never answer their phone to resolve any issues. Customer services tells you to wait 7 days before submitting a request but that’s ridiculous! How hard is it to deliver mail to the right mailbox if that’s literally your job??!!
