- ABAl'vina BMay 7, 20261.0This location is so unprofessional! They are constantly leaving my packages in the incorrect parcel lockers or not leaving a key so I can obtain my packages. This has happened so many times that i’ve started hanging around the mail area when i know usps is delivering my package so i can get it right away. They also never answer their phone to resolve any issues. Customer services tells you to wait 7 days before submitting a request but that’s ridiculous! How hard is it to deliver mail to the right mailbox if that’s literally your job??!!

Won't use the code THEY have to get into my building and deliver my packages! I have to go up there constantly! Delivers my mail to the wrong addresses or mailbox or not at all!! This is the worst post office I've ever seen!!!
- WWWASMar 21, 20264.0We came in mid-morning on a Saturday. The lady who served me was patient and helpful. She gave clear instructions for mailing an overseas package and didn't rush me. I know the Post Office isn't perfect but it was a good experience and they got some good folks who are doing their best. No complaints from me.
- JJJosieMar 5, 20261.0It’s truly shocking that this is a federal organization. It’s the most unorganized entity I’ve ever encountered. My large box package was picked up by the mail carrier, who claimed to have scanned it in but never did. It’s been a month, and my tracking status still shows “pre-label created,” indicating no further updates. Seven days later, I visited the location, hoping to get some updates on my tracker app. However, they were completely unhelpful. They didn’t even try to assist me in resolving the issue. The carrier was nowhere to be found, and there was nothing they could do. It was a very unprofessional environment. Ironically, when I entered the establishment, I found another customer in front of me who shared the same concerns and she received the same response. This location can’t be trusted! Totally unacceptable! I canceled my business account and started using UPS, which has been the best service I’ve received so far. I would give 0 stars if I could!
