She doesn’t give direct answers “I guess” is the answer she provides to direct questions. I guess this is what businesses settle for today. If I didn’t have to go here I absolutely would not!
- DCDustin CFeb 27, 20261.0Had a package Needed to be delivered through ysps to fix my car. GUARANTEED 2-4 day shipping. Its going on 2 weeks and nothing has arrived. My package came to this location and then was sent to smithfield then sent to Richmond so I filed a claim with usps. This branch either Kristen or Christian called me at work and left a voicemail about how they are handling my case and to call back I have tried calling back for days and no one will answer. Package came back to this location and got sent back to richmond after they said they would hold it and contact me and guess what they did it for a 3rd time called 10x today and no one will answer. They closed my case because they were going to handle it and seller wont refund me until I return package and I LITERALLY CANT! Call usps customer service and its been hours still no call back, this has cost me wages and frustration as this is our primary vehicle and no one will be held accountable in 2026 and im sick of it!

This is not true. I just live on the second floor in our apartment complex and it was never an attempt made at the time they said it was because I was sitting outside and never seen a package delivery server come this is ridiculous.

I get informed delivered and don’t even get the mail that they show is supposed to be delivered. I will be filing a formal complaint against this post office.
