- CKcolleen Kuehn2 days ago5.0Rude staff. Refused to make copies or even try. Refused to call their manager. All I wanted to do was make copies for envelope labels. Continued to say they are under new management but had no solutions. And obviously if they’re not allowed to call the manager, there’s a problem. I do not recommend this branch.

However the customer self service area was a dirty mess. 2 ppl behind the counter , no customers at the time. I made a comment about how dirty it was, male behind the counter said it’s like that all day, I said then all day you should clean it, he said there’s no time, I said like you just standing there doing nothing. Nothing further than as said. I saw they had no intentions a picking up anything. Also on top of the label machine counter all kinds of trash. It needed tidying up. I had a label in my package. It’s offsetting coming in and seeing it like that.
