- TRTanya “taNi” RussellJun 25, 20261.0First they damaged a valuable package being held by them (Packed by UPS) that was delivered. Then when asked for a pick up, pack, and ship (which I've had done in the past with other UPS locations) they pretended they could do it after keeping on the phone for over 2 hours only for it to be cancelled on the day of pick up because their location does not do this service with the excuse "this is not a UPS store only a service." ??? If they had been honest from the start or helped me find an actual UPS store that can assist I honestly wouldn't have been upset, but my time was wasted on a lie. Not a misunderstanding, because I was on the line long enough for them to clarify their understanding of my needs, but a blatant lie. This combined with my item getting smashed is stupid. Thankfully I had insurance, but incompetence and liars with no apologies or help.
