- CCChad ClarkDec 29, 20241.0This company is absolute trash. They delivered the washer dryer 10 days late. They were an hour and a half late outside the 3 hour service window time frame which wound up being 8:30 pm at night on Christmas Eve. They didn’t properly install the drain hose, didn’t level the washer, and then said their company doesn’t touch anything to do with gas (gas dryer). Guys that did the install didn’t say anything about being done and just left with my garage door open to my home and 30° outside. I contacted LG customer service which said they DO do gas hookups and to call them back which I did and they rescheduled someone to come hook up the dryer and properly install the washer. I called the next day and they said my ticket was still closed and had to update the ticket to show all the things it needed. It is now 5 days later and they can’t give me an ETA of WHEN everything will be properly installed/fixed only tell me “a ticket is open on my service order”.
