- KPKARTIK PARIKHMay 12, 20261.0I was submitting my documents which required a money order payment, that I was doing it for the first time. The guy working there was guiding me on how to fill out the money order, and I followed his instructions, only for my money order to get rejected because I did not write correctly, even after following whatever the person informed me to do. So I think the staff is extremely INCOMPETENT. Cannot put it in better words. It’s just incompetency and unprofessionalism. They should hire a new set of staff all together

We just moved and completed a change of address, and this process was a little rocky, BUT our carrier and Mr. Woo at the Sterling Park location faithfully helped us to complete the change of address process, and communicated with us the whole way through. Thank you so much team!
