- AKAbdul KhanJul 2, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this post office. There is no proper check and balance in the service, and the overall management feels poor. Staff appear to be getting paid but not delivering the level of service expected. The process is slow, unorganized, and customer service is unhelpful. Even basic tasks take far longer than they should, and there is little accountability or urgency. For a public service office, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. Strong improvements are needed in both management and staff performance.

- KSK SMay 28, 20261.0Horrible USPS experience with the kiosk which did not print my pre-paid level and only provided a receipt, and then EVEN WORSE was the USPS attendant (Balw) who was aggravated, condescending and demeaning. Repeatedly told me 'that receipt doesn't mean anything, that receipt doesn't mean anything'. USPS consistently fails at customer experience and service. Why do they keep people like this employed?
