- SSSherryAug 13, 20261.0This was a terrible experience. The staff were not helpful at all, and we ended up waiting for more than 40 minutes even though we should have already been served. The website says you’re supposed to arrive 15 minutes early, but when we got there, the staff weren’t even there. And what really frustrated me was that they didn’t seem to care about the order of the line. They actually helped people who were late for their appointments before us, even though we had been waiting there for a long time. Almost every staff member I talked to had a really bad attitude. The whole process was extremely disorganized and frustrating. If you need to make a passport appointment, I would definitely recommend going somewhere else. I would not come back to this place.

Staff appear to be getting paid but not delivering the level of service expected. The process is slow, unorganized, and customer service is unhelpful. Even basic tasks take far longer than they should, and there is little accountability or urgency. For a public service office, this level of inefficiency is unacceptable. Strong improvements are needed in both management and staff performance.
