  This has happened twice now, where I brought a package for return with only a QR code as instructed by the merchant, and the UPS Store wanted to charge me $1 for a piece of tape to close the box. Well, I didn't have my wallet with me, so it was an entirely wasted trip. I'm so sick of this place - depending on who you get, you either get great service or crappy service.

  The employee working at this location was extremely rude from the moment we walked through the door. Unfortunately, the situation became even worse when he refused to give me the correct change. My total was $3.42. I did not have the exact change, so I gave him $5.42, which meant I should have received $2.00 back. There was already $2.00 sitting on the counter that belonged to me. When I asked for my change, he pointed to that money and told me that was my change. I explained that the $2.00 on the counter was already mine and that I had just handed him $5.42. Instead of listening or checking the transaction, he rudely dismissed me and refused to give me the $2.00 I was owed. If this location has security cameras or any way to review the transaction and reconcile his register, I strongly encourage management to do so. While $2.00 may seem like a small amount, the issue is not simply the money. It is the way I was treated and the fact that an employee refused to correct a very basic transaction. Because of this experience, I will not return to this store, and I certainly would not recommend this location to anyone else. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
