  Overall, this location is usually convenient and the process is straightforward. Unfortunately, there is one employee who consistently gives me a hard time whenever I come in for Amazon returns and is always trying to charge me for tape. Every interaction with her feels unnecessarily unpleasant, while the rest of the staff have generally been fine. She’s the only reason I can’t give a full 5 stars.

  This UPS location offers a wide range of services, from standard shipping to many other services customers may need. I read a review from a few months ago saying that an appointment was required for notary services. However, it seems that management has already improved that process. Notary services are now available daily. A staff member informed me that an appointment is not required for notary services. However, to save time, it may still be a good idea to call ahead before visiting. One of the strengths of this location is that the owner appears to manage the staff very effectively. The way they interacted with customers and the quality of service they provided were excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the service I received. I believe the expressions on the employees’ faces reflect a positive work environment. Above all, their professionalism was truly impressive. Since I have worked in the service industry before, I was able to genuinely appreciate that level of professionalism.

  I stopped by this UPS location last week to take care of some business. The staff members were incredibly friendly—in fact, I felt they were far more welcoming than the staff at other UPS location I’ve visited. I’ve used various UPS locations over the years, but the attitude of the staff here was truly exceptional. Although there was a long line of people waiting, they provided very fast service; despite handling a wide variety of customer requests, they processed everything quickly and accurately. I highly, recommend this UPS place.

  Not friendly not helpful will not ever recommend or use this facility again. I purchased a tiny tricycle they notified me it arrived i came the next day to pick it up and was told they sent it back because I did not come yesterday when they notified me to pick it up and it was bulky and in their way. I could not leave work and pick it up the same day I have a job and they are closed by the time I get done. So i came the very next day. Horrible service!
