  I had an excellent experience with Staples! I ordered 500 business cards online at 8:00 AM, and they were ready for pickup by noon. The quality exceeded my expectations—they came out beautiful with vibrant colors and a professional finish. The ordering process was easy, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast. I’ll definitely use Staples again for my business printing needs. Highly recommended!

  I visited the Staples store on July 9th around 2pm to print some documents, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I noticed a young woman with shorter hair behind the Copy & Print counter sitting on her phone. As an older customer who isn’t very tech-savvy, I was having trouble using the self-service copy machine, so I politely asked her for assistance. Instead of helping me, she simply pointed out that there were step-by-step instructions on the side of the machine. What made the interaction even more frustrating was that she appeared to be eating a meal out of what looked like a Chinese takeout container while standing behind the counter. I don’t understand why an employee would be sitting on their phone and eating while customers are actively asking for help. It came across as unprofessional and dismissive. This also wasn’t my first unpleasant interaction with her. In the past, she has had a poor attitude toward me, but I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, assuming she might have been having a stressful day. After this visit, however, it seems to be a pattern rather than an isolated incident. Customer service should involve helping customers, especially those who genuinely need assistance. Seeing an employee focused on their phone and meal instead of helping people leaves a very poor impression. I hope management addresses this, because it does not reflect the level of service I expect from Staples.

  On Sunday, July 5th, I came in to drop-off an Amazon return, but there was no associate in the drop-off area. I went to the main desk and the associate attempted to ignore me. I greeted him and indicated the reason for my visit. He didn't greet me back and asked me to go to the pkg return area. I relayed that no one was over there. He wasn't moving towards the pkg desk. Thank goodness for the other associate because he decided to help when she asked what was going on. It shouldn't be this difficult to obtain assistance from an associate.

  The print department was so helpful to me as a mom of 2 littles to make sure my business cards looked professional and formatted correctly!
