Was talking on the phone to what appeared to be his "boy" and was complaining that he wasnt able to hang up a sign on the bulliten board. Saying things like "Jesus Christ theres more people coming in ill have to call you back bro". Then once he came to the counter I was met with an annoyed amd rude attitude. All im trying to do is mail a package which is what I thought was the purpose of thr store.

Myself and others walked in at the same time 5:15/20ish and was turned away saying they can’t take anymore ground packages. I don’t know if this is a thing but I’ve never been turned away before anywhere else. The attendant said they are full and can’t take ground but could take anything else. Even though they were unloading the store with multiple drivers. Had to walk out and walk down to the other mail place right beside it. They didn’t refuse me and my package actually went out same day. Others were frustrated with the attendant as she was telling everyone to go to Fredericksburg and or Woodbridge knowing they would be closed if any of us tried going to either stores. I think she just didn’t want to do anything else as the store closed in 30min. But that’s just my take on the situation. This will be the last time I ship FedEx they obviously don’t need my money.
- AHAhmad Shafiq HerawyJul 10, 20221.0I handed them urgent documents to ship to Canada, it has taken almost a month now and it is still awaiting custom clearance!! Fedex has been responding very poorly to my requests since then, their customer service takes long to respond and after all they repeat the same message and pretend to follow up on my parcel, but they never handled my request properly, the package is still pending delivery, and the package status has not been updated on the website either! I would never use Fedex for any package delivery, I wish I walked to Canada to deliver my package, rather than using Fedex!!!!
