- MHmary hattoAug 1, 20262.0I arrived while the location was still within posted hours (with about 10 minutes remaining), yet the front-desk employee turned off the lights shortly after I entered—creating the clear impression that additional customers were not welcome. When she eventually returned to complete my transaction, her demeanor was openly unpleasant and unwelcoming, with a continuous grimacing expression and zero effort at basic courtesy. Customers should not feel like an inconvenience for conducting legitimate business during advertised hours. USPS would benefit from staffing this location with employees who treat the public professionally and respect the posted schedule.

I have utilized this location since 2019 and have yet to experience any type of rude behavior. She actually deserves flowers and a raise.
