I especially appreciate being able to use the self service kiosk located in the lobby. It seems like the kiosk has been "OUT OF ORDER" a bit more often. While I will admit this can be annoying, I know of several other Post Offices not too far away and usually have no problem using the self service kiosk at the other locations. There had only been ONCE when I had to visit 3 different locations because of a glitch.
