    Terrible customer service and unprofessional attitude. I went in to return a package, and the employee refused to scan the code, claiming that with her "23 years of experience," she had never seen anyone scan it—even though every other UPS store does this routinely. Instead of helping, she was extremely rude, dismissive, and frustrating to deal with. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone.….
