  Wish ilI could give negative stars. Ok, I liked this manager at first. On May 2nd, He really made an effort to get my business of mailing a passport guaranteed overnight for $131.25. Unfortunately, the passport did not arrive on time and cost us hundreds in a new airplane ticket as well as additional time off work. When I called for my refund, he told me to file the claim online or call corporate. I tried and was unable to do either. I filed a complaint with BBB and then got calls from corporate who said it was the stores responsibility to file the claim. They would contact the store for me and have them submit a claim on my behalf. After month of waiting for my check in the mail, I called the store who told me again to file online. I tried again, but even the online portal said the store had to file the claim. I called the store again on June 8th and the manager and he agreed to enter the claim. He took my info and it sounded like a vlaim was being typed in. He said I would get a refund check in the mail. Today, July 6th, still no check. I called the store and the same manager picked up. I asked if he coukd check the status of my claim, he said he woukd look into it. He put me on hold. I stayed on hold for 40 minutes and hung up. It looks like I will never get my refund. So, I paid forvtwo services, next day delivery and for refund guarantee. I got neither. I would avoid this store at all costs. There are FedEx stores nearby. That's what I will use from now on!

  Horrible experience! The guy was so not welcoming, didn't say hi when customer walked in!! Probably go back to my old UPS store by Kohls! When sitting in my car, he brought the package back to me, saying the order has been canceled. Just messed up my Sunday By the way, for management, this is the guy working around 1.45pm on Sunday, June 28th, 2026. He refused to give me his name. Who knows, maybe he's own boss, maybe is a franchise business! O well!!

  This is the first time visiting this location- they are very fast, very thorough and VERY courteous. This location is at the top of UPS Store locations. Thank you!

  Super helpful staff! I had a return to make and the staff went out of their way to help me package the box for a return. No line and excellent service. Highly recommend!
