- LLLola1 day ago5.0The man that works at the front is so kind and very patient. I had a mix up in one of my packages and I called in advance asking if I could fix my mistake and he handled it with complete care. 10/10 service, very fast and efficient. Our neighborhood needed this location.

The policy for using an access point never mentioned a fee throughout the process; when I talked to my shipper they apologized and said that with the franchise model, some places will charge. They recommended finding another place for future shipments.
