  Today, October 4 Sunday I was at Staples store in the printing section. The guy didn’t help me even. I asked for he just show the sign you can do by yourself. I did print wrong and I went to the customer service and they gave me my money back so I waste my time I am not satisfy.

  I just visited this store and witnessed terrible customer service at the printing service area. The woman working at that desk is disgustingly rude and combative and it wasn’t even directed at me! I was only there for 10 minutes and I witnessed her be rude to two customers. Cutting them off, raising her voice, etc. I can’t imagine how many there are in a day. Since I didn’t get her name, she was working on October 1 between1-2 pm.

  I checked online and even called, and the store hours were listed as closing at9 PM. Based on that, I arrived at 8:20 PM, but the store was already closed. That’s unacceptable. If the hours are different, they need to be updated so customers don’t waste their time.

  This Staples has gone WAY DOWN HILL. The back of the store has become a dumping ground for clearance junk. Not clearance stuff you can actually use... just clearance junk. I ordered 2 prints, but they didn't come out anything like the file I sent. There were lines in the images. When I pointed out the issue, the girl behind the desk rolled her eyes at me. I told her to just cancel everything and left. I won't be going back. FedEx Print now has my business.

  Printing was fine, but the condition of the store was shocking I ordered a custom-bound booklet from this Staples. The finished product met my needs, although it wasn't completed until late in the evening, so I ended up picking it up the following day. Unfortunately, the condition of the store during pickup was genuinely surprising. The sales floor was in significant disarray. There were items and obstacles in the aisles that I had to step around, and many products were missing price signs, making it difficult to tell what things cost. The print area was particularly messy. There appeared to be customer orders, supplies, and trash scattered throughout the workspace. It looked extremely disorganized and was not what I expected from a professional print center. Checkout was also slow. The employees I interacted with were polite, but I waited quite a while despite only needing assistance with the transaction. As I was leaving, I happened to pass a Fairfax County Fire Marshal entering the store and asking to speak with the manager. I have no idea what prompted the visit or what happened afterward, but given the condition of the store, it was certainly memorable timing. The actual printed booklet turned out fine, but the overall condition and organization of this location were enough that I won't be returning.
