- KPKrishnapriya Parumanchala4 days ago1.0Extremely rude, dishonest, and unprofessional staff. If there were an option to give zero stars, that would still be too generous! They quoted me one price before printing and conveniently changed it afterward. Apparently, honesty and basic customer service are too much to expect here. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the person serving me. I started the conversation politely and respectfully, but the response I received was unnecessarily hostile and condescending. The way I was spoken to made me seriously question whether I was being treated differently because of my background. Being friendly and respectful should not result in being treated with such disrespect. Instead of simply offering to let me write my email on paper so he could enter it into the machine, he insisted that I type it myself and then charged me extra for what, exactly? Is basic assistance suddenly a premium service here? And after all that, the printout was still incorrect! So, I was charged more than the price originally quoted, treated poorly, and given the wrong print. What exactly was I paying for? Definitely not professionalism, accuracy, or decent customer service. I would strongly recommend that people think twice before using this place. There are plenty of businesses that can provide the same service without the dishonesty, unnecessary attitude, and complete lack of respect for their customers.

She stepped in with kindness and professionalism when another customer became unnecessarily intimidating simply because I was ahead of him and he was in a rush. Her calm support made a real difference and was genuinely appreciated. Experiences like this show how much respectful, customer-focused employees matter especially at a location where interactions haven’t always felt particularly welcoming. Lily was a refreshing exception.
