- KVKen VogelMay 16, 20211.0Since my mail delivery line moved from West Point to Shacklefords, the service has been horrible. I’m not sure why so many of my packages had to be picked up now at the post office, except the box the says I don’t feel like delivering it. This includes packages that will fit in the box. When mail and packages are delivered almost daily they are delivered to other address in the neighborhood or we receive someone else’s mail. Even mail for people on totally different streets. The service in the past three weeks has been horrible.
