Worst post office EVER. Out of hundreds of options on Amazon I choose one with NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Amazon moves it from Delaware directly to my mail carrier's office in Virginia overnight. My mail carrier then sends it to another post office, who sends it BACK to my mail carrier, who then sends it to a regional processing center. THREE business days later my package is still sitting in the same WRONG facility that it landed in on the day it was to be delivered. Beyond that, my carrier typically leaves packages in my driveway, hanging out of my mailbox, in the rain and even once delivered several packages to a pile of cardboard trash that was waiting to be picked up for the landfill. Beyond all this, I stopped in to check on my missing package, and the lady at the counter was as rude as can be. Telling me she can print the tracking out to prove she isn't lying to me, while completely ignoring my question about how it was received in her office TWICE on the same day and still sent somewhere it doesn't belong.

Constantly mis-deliver the mail. I’m always getting other people‘s mail that I simply put back in the mailbox. The most recent mishap was an $850 order that I’m still trying to track down. The carrier lied and said they delivered it to the individual and faked the signature with two squiggly lines and said it was received by my name. GPS coordinates prove it’s a lie. I plan on filing charges. They do not return my calls. The only way I found out about the GPS coordinates was because I physically drove to the post office. The entire USPS is a joke and needs to be shut down and completely privatized.

I don’t know what’s going on over here. I had a package due 3 days ago and they’re just like, not even attempting to bring it to my house. I need to sign for it! I don’t know what the deal is. I would love the package I paid a lot of money for. They keep saying they attempted however, not a soul came to the door at any point. They put a notice in my mailbox on the second day. (You would think they’d put it on the door if they came to the door) Even when I scheduled for re-delivery following the instructions on the notice it didn’t come. So I don’t know what’s up, I’m very frustrated. I cannot for the life of me understand what the issue is. Now the tracking info won’t even update at all. I’ve received zero communications as to what the hell is going on with my package. This is absurd, truly. Laziness beyond your wildest imagination.

I will start with it would have left a zero but it didn't give that option. Our mail is never a steady delivery some days going into a week we get no mail then one day we get mail dated back weeks. The mail carrier in our area does not bring package to the door she drops them st the end of our driveway or like Saturday tried to stuff them all in our mail box which damaged the items in the box. She never brings like certified letters to you door, just puts the slip in our box . We have on multiple times called and they dont seem to care at all and do nothing to fix the very careless service they provide.

Right after the snow and ice storm, I was told to sign a Hold Mail form because the Mail Clerk at the front desk said that they are backed up on deliveries. I signed the Hold Mail form and as soon as I about to write what date that they should continue to delivery, the Mail Clerk goes "Don't sign that part! We will deliver your mail within 24 to 48 hours once we get things cleared." I did what she said and gave her the form. 48 hours later and no mail was delivered. I go to the post office the next day after the 48 hours and they said, "We have no mail for you." A week or two goes by and still no mail. I go to the Post Office today and questioned why my mail is not being delivered. A different Mail Clerk goes, "Because you signed the Hold Mail form and didn't return the day after to get it!" Seriously! That is what she said! No one said anything about returning the next day and I came back after the 48 hours is up with them telling me that I have no mail! This office needs to retrain their employees about miscommunications and getting their facts straight.
