I run a small business, and my customers are understandably frustrated with me because of the delay, even though the packages were dropped off on time. I understand that collection times can vary, but if your business is going to display a collection schedule on the website, I believe it should be accurate and reliable. These delays directly impact small businesses like mine and put us in a difficult position with our customers.

Also, they've finally upgraded their equipment to take tap pay/contactless payments. My only complaints are the short hours of operation and decaying building. Regardless, I prefer this low-key office over the chaotic office further up 610.
