  Their driver in a USPS van this Saturday 6-13-26 on Cambridge Ave SW almost hit my car, he cut in front of me taking up most of the street. Then he had the nerve to honk hard like I was in the wrong. Nasty attitude USPS driver.

  Potentially the worst post office in Roanoke. Terrible and HOSTILE mail delivery service. Mail carriers will literally write hateful notes on your mail, refuse to deliver your mail for DAYS without any warning or notice, gossip to your neighbors about you?? (not only wholly unprofessional but a very sad showing of the state of "community" in our little neighborhood), and the post office itself will not lift a finger to help you whatsoever. I've read so many recent horror stories just in these reviews alone! You cannot reach the Grandin office by phone, they will not answer their office phone under any circumstances I've found. I've never in my life had an issue with the USPS until having to interface regularly with the Grandin office. It's clear they viscerally hate their jobs and seem to take that out on their customers. They very obviously do not care about their community or it's mail service. Maybe get different jobs?

  Nice little post office right beside Grandin Village that can handle most things you need like address changes, postal accounts, purchase stamps and shipping or receiving along with materials also has a decent sized post office box area it is clean and nice looking but a little dated and older fixtures and furniture but still well kept and a nice, charming, cozy, little post office I enjoy doing all my postal business here.

  No one answers phone - have dialed over 25 times and recording states hold for next available agent then immediately stated forwarding to operator, will ring several times then disconnects! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

  Venting here since the government doesn’t exactly care about customer service. Mail carrier lied about the delivery time (I have cameras), kept my package in her truck all day and didn’t return to the office until after 5 so I was unable to access it. She didn’t even come knock on the door,.. she had the notice filled out and put in my box by the road; I was just inside. Beyond unacceptable.. I’d file a complaint but nobody cares. So thank you, US mail carrier.. for delivering me wasteful junk 90% of the time and not delivering the package I NEEDED TODAY!
