  All around poor. Have a package that requires signature. Mailman knocked on my door and instantly started walking away after the first knock. I could see him the whole time through the window. I had to catch him on the steps going down. Can you give someone 10 seconds? Have also had really horrible service at the post office itself, no apologies only excuses. I never choose USPS if there’s another option, sadly some stuff has to come through them. I know this won’t make a difference but sending it off to the ether.

  Quite possibly the worst experience at a USPS store in my life . Teresa at the front desk was horrible . I mailed priority and the box needed tape . She half taped my box that had a super expensive item and then when I complained I paid the $3.99 for a roll of tape and then she proceeded to grab tape from under her counter and taped it more . What a JOKE

  Potentially the worst post office in Roanoke. Terrible and HOSTILE mail delivery service. Mail carriers will literally write hateful notes on your mail, refuse to deliver your mail for DAYS without any warning or notice, gossip to your neighbors about you?? (not only wholly unprofessional but a very sad showing of the state of "community" in our little neighborhood), and the post office itself will not lift a finger to help you whatsoever. I've read so many recent horror stories just in these reviews alone! You cannot reach the Grandin office by phone, they will not answer their office phone under any circumstances I've found. I've never in my life had an issue with the USPS until having to interface regularly with the Grandin office. It's clear they viscerally hate their jobs and seem to take that out on their customers. They very obviously do not care about their community or it's mail service. Maybe get different jobs?

  Nice little post office right beside Grandin Village that can handle most things you need like address changes, postal accounts, purchase stamps and shipping or receiving along with materials also has a decent sized post office box area it is clean and nice looking but a little dated and older fixtures and furniture but still well kept and a nice, charming, cozy, little post office I enjoy doing all my postal business here.

  I can be understanding that places are short staffed, especially places like the USPS who are underfunded. Which is why I'm not upset about getting my mail every other day. Though that doesn't give the workers who are there the right be rude and condescending.
