- LLLanceJun 19, 20261.0I am not sure of his name, but the mailman who delivers our mail has been rude and unprofessional on multiple occasions. The first incident, he knocked on our door and yelled at me for not putting the old tenants mail back in the mailbox when I was informed by my landlord to give it to her. The second incident, he wrote on our mail saying “stop parking in front of the mailbox or your mail will be on hold” I think this is very unprofessional. We have been informed by our landlord and the hoa to park there, even when we pull forward it will still block the mailbox. The mailman is more than capable to get out of his truck and put it in the mailbox, he definitely could use the extra steps. This happened in Cloverdale.
- JJJMWFeb 13, 20261.0This has to be one of the worst post offices ever. To this date I’m missing so many tax documents including 3 social security 1099’s since my two in-laws live with me. How can any business be so bad. We don’t even get daily deliveries! The social security 1099’s were sent out weeks ago, everyone I know who aren’t serviced by the Hollins post office have received theirs! It’s so frustrating because they don’t care and nothing is ever done!
- SRStacy RhodesJan 21, 20261.0I can't get to the Hollins PO between their hours of 8-4 because I am at work. I have called 78 times since December 2 trying to get a replacement key for my mailbox. The phone has been answered once on December 4. The lady who answered told ne she would find out what I needed to do. About a week and a half later she called me back and said my lock would be replaced and they would let me know how to get the key. It's January 21 and I have heard nothing. I was told to put my mail on hold so my box wouldn't fill up. I need my mail and would like to be able to talk to a person. 78 calls and only 1 answer is crazy! What do I do?
