Google maps says this Staples Roanoke location offers notary services. They do not. And the attitude of the staff leaves a lot to be desired as well.

Filthy store. Like going back to 1995 but with trash on the floor

The store and staff are themselves really good. I was there for Amazon returns and to pick up school supplies. The only down side was that only one employee was covering both Amazon returns and purchases. The wait time was long for both of these. No fault of the employee, she was great. At least one person left their item due to the long line. It might be helpful to have more staff available to cover each job separately.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I just wanted to give a shout-out to Brianna at the Staples in Valley View because she absolutely deserves some recognition! I’ve had two separate print orders recently where Brianna went above and beyond to make sure everything came out exactly the way I needed it. She was patient, helpful, and clearly cared about getting it right. She consistently does a fantastic job, and I’ve also seen her provide that same level of care and kindness to other customers. The store as a whole has been wonderful. Amazon returns are incredibly easy, print orders are a breeze, and I recently found some great deals on back-to-school supplies for my students. As a teacher, that last one definitely made me happy! 📚✏️ Overall, the Valley View Staples has been a great experience every time I’ve gone, but I especially wanted to recognize Brianna for the excellent customer service she provides. Sometimes people only speak up when something goes wrong, so I wanted to make sure someone took the time to say thank you when things go right. Brianna, you’re doing a great job! Thank you for making my print orders easier and for consistently taking such good care of your customers. 💛 PS My students love their new folder covers you helped me with!

Staples is not to bad. But the prices on stuff are so expensive that you can go to either Walmart or order on Amazon a lot cheaper and get the same thing.
