  5/26/26 I get to this location to make Amazon returns as it was not available to take to my FedEx without paying 1 dollar. The Store was not open at 8am. There was workers waiting in the parking lot for the girl with the keys which I told the one waiting on me to make sure they clocked her in for the time she sat in her car waiting on her manager or keyholder. She comes at about 8:10 packing her ice coffee that most certainly is why she was late waiting in line to get a coffee. Excuse me mam leave for work sooner to accommodate that stop you need to make. Or here's an idea make a coffee at home save money! None the less I was then required to wait outside another 10 min while they got the store ready to open. Looking at prior reviews this isn't the first time this has happened in recent weeks maybe a change in opener is required. Next time I will pay the buck and just take it to the FedEx office at towers. Where they are open when they are supposed to be also nicer to the customers oh and THEY PROVIDE A RECEIPT! Which apparently Staples does not do that anymore either.

  This place was suppose to open at 8am the worker showed up 20 minutes late with over 7 people on the parking lot waiting on them to open and still didn't open the doors at that time. She was sitting in her car and waited til another co worker arrived and walked in together. People standing at the door and the 2 employees act like they dont care. When it says it opens at a certain time people who have jobs as well show up and 30 minutes later still not able to get in the store is a bit sad. I've never experienced anything like this before. This is exactly why businesses lose business. You can see the 2 employees walking around in the store i guess they just dont care about other people's time

  Great supplies. Sometimes check out takes awhile as it's also an Amazon return line. But a good service to add.

  Printing Service AWFUL!!! Placed small order for a few copies on custom paper. Was given option for express printing since I said I’d like to wait. Paid extra then girl left. Manager said it would be an hour! I told him I was unhappy and had to leave. He said someone would call when complete. I never heard from anyone. I went back the next day. ‘My order’ was complete but it was someone else’s order. I stood there for 15-20 minutes while they tried to find mine. No luck. Meanwhile another csr says he’d refund the express charge. I said he should refund all as a courtesy. He did…while still looking for my original order. Another manager came over and said he saw it somewhere. They would look for it and call me when order was complete. Two days later still no phone call. I called them. Another csr said they found original but it was just sitting on counter since I was refunded. OMG. How do they stay in business. No one seemed to know what they were doing. No apologies. Will NEVER go back!!!!
