  Called the associate to re-activate account. He stated that I was banned from participating in their services for an incident that happened nearly three years ago. The associate proceeded to hang up on me immediately when I asked about the appeals process. I have had better experiences with the staff in the past. Today, I felt it was entirely rude and immature.

  Cancelled my job because the app wasnt responding over 24 hours before shift was even starting just cancelled it. They have their favorites and make sure they come first and treat everyone else like crap

  The lady that looks like Chris Chan is extremely unprofessional, she'll say one thing and then the other people in there will say something else if you follow her advice you will get in trouble with the others
