  Called the associate to re-activate account. He stated that I was banned from participating in their services for an incident that happened nearly three years ago. The associate proceeded to hang up on me immediately when I asked about the appeals process. I have had better experiences with the staff in the past. Today, I felt it was entirely rude and immature.

  The lady that looks like Chris Chan is extremely unprofessional, she'll say one thing and then the other people in there will say something else if you follow her advice you will get in trouble with the others

  The branch I deal with is very unorganized. They don't update jobstack like they should. You never know if the job you have accepted on job stack you'll be able to stay for you could change at any given minute.
