  Package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. Signature was required, wait for six hours for delivery. Watched the driver by my residence twice. Spoke to customer service the first one assured me it would be delivered Friday night. Waited no delivery, called back, was told the driver decided not to deliver the package on Friday and it would reschedule and delivered on Saturday. Supervisor, promised to call me between 8:30 and 9:00 AM on Saturday morning, to speak to the Roanoke branch as why my package was not delivered. Asked for package to be held for me to be picked at location on Saturday. That was denied, received update on tracking information, package would not be delivered now till Monday, with an estimate time window of a five hour range. After no call from supervisor on Saturday morning. I call customer service again about delivery on Saturday, was told they were going to contact the Roanoke branch directly and call me back. Hour went by noticed back for an update at 11:15, since the Roanoke branch closes at 12:00 PM on Saturdays. Was told they would reach out to the branch and call me back in a hour or two, in a attempt to get me off the phone. Absolutely worst customer service experience ever, lied numerous times by FedEx. But looks like this pretty common practice for this company.

  In this day and age, how is it they can't scan a label on your phone and print it?
