- CTCommecia ThomasAug 24, 20261.0The regular MailMan in my area is great. The substitute mail man is the problem. In the past 7 days he has delivered 2 of my packages to the wrong address.I don't understand how this keeps happening. Same thing was done in December 2025. Calling this location is a nightmare. 90% of the time they do not answer the phone. I call the USPS number now and they have the manager to call me . Other than my regular carrier and the manager, this is the most incompetent group of people I have experienced.

Didn't get any updates or real information on what happened to my package just the lengthy excuse NBA told to just file a claim. I shouldn't have to be the one doing all this paperwork if I'm not the one that lost the package saying you deliver it and you know you didn't deliver it so now I have to go through this whole loophole of nothing just to get told something that I already knew. If you have important packages and you lose them just be prepared to get excuses and cover-ups. People work hard for your money and shouldn't have to go through limbo to get simple questions answered...
