- FQFernanda QuezadaJul 1, 20261.0I can say that THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST USPS LOCATION IN THE WHOLE RIC AREA. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. 30 minutes in line for a broken system, packages don’t move for like 2 weeks, Jesus, this place is horrible.

Didn't get any updates or real information on what happened to my package just the lengthy excuse NBA told to just file a claim. I shouldn't have to be the one doing all this paperwork if I'm not the one that lost the package saying you deliver it and you know you didn't deliver it so now I have to go through this whole loophole of nothing just to get told something that I already knew. If you have important packages and you lose them just be prepared to get excuses and cover-ups. People work hard for your money and shouldn't have to go through limbo to get simple questions answered...

- BEBeth EasterlingApr 8, 20261.0I went there and purchase a card, two birthday cards and a overnight shipping on a Thursday. My documents arrived on Tuesday,one of my cards arrived tore on the side the gift card was missing and the postage of seventy eight cent wasn't on my receipt and my second card both going to the same person never arrived. I currently doing a trace on the gift card and doing a fraud investigation with the post office. I strongly believe the person who serviced me took the gift and send off that one card and discharged the other card. Also the card was activated.it said so on the receipt. The first thing she said when I returned to the post office was the card couldn't be traced because I didn't have a tracking number. I asked to speak to the manager she called her but went and spoke to her in private. So when the manager spoke to me she said I had to speak to her manager on Monday. Between the Hopkins station and the Red Hook station in NYC someone tool th we gift. But I believe the gift card never left Richmond VA
