- ASAleksandr SannikovMay 6, 20261.0Requested that my mailbox slot in a cluster mailbox be rekeyed, and after 2 or 3 weeks of waiting, they called me to pick up my keys. After picking them up, I realized the new key did not fit my mailbox. When I asked the office about it, they pointed me to the mailbox they had rekeyed, which turned out to be another person's mailbox! They refused to acknowledge their mistake and instead requested that I submit a new rekeying request. When I came back to submit a new request, they closed the office early and told all customers that no new services could be processed for the day, even though it was still 30 minutes before the actual closing time!

- BRBrian RiceFeb 9, 20261.0Its not clear to me why the blue post boxes have been moved inside so you can't drop off letters without even going in. Its not clear to me why the lobby is locked after hours so that you can't drop off a letter or access PO boxes when they aren't open anyway. What is clear to me however is that the big bald guy working there hates it and will be as unhelpful as he possibly can. Maybe you could salvage things by getting that guy a non-public facing role and turning the shop into a distribution center but as a place you can go as joe everyman to get things mailed it is useless.
