He was genuine, patient, and truly looked out for customers. Not only did he fix the issues, but he also made the whole process easy and stress-free. It was nice connecting with a local RVA postal worker who clearly cares about the community. Overall, great customer service, smooth process, and a positive experience. I’m really glad to have such a friendly post office in the local area!
