Tried to go yesterday but it closed at 3:30 due to “understaffing”, and their notice was a piece of paper on the door. I tried to go today, and they will only accept exact change and their credit card reader wasn’t working. The workers take their sweet time with everything. I went to Publix instead, and the stamps were cheaper!

can i give negative stars?? waited in line for over 30 minutes only to have to interact with one of the worst people I've encountered in awhile.
it was my first time shipping a bigger package - a fragile, handmade art piece - so i had questions lol big mistake. before i could greet the person and ask my question, she grabbed the box from me, tipped it on its side, and demanded my QR code. i asked her to please turn the box right side up because it was fragile and she ignored me while demanding the QR code. I asked her again to fix the box while saying I didn't have a QR code I had some questions about how to best ship the package. She told me I wasn't prepared, that I needed to get out of line and come back when I was ready.
i had just waited 30 minutes in this line which still had 10 people behind me and she wouldn't even let me ask a question. the whole time my box is still on its side!! i started to reach over to set the box right side up and she picked it up and like loose hand tossed it at me!! it tipped over onto the counter in front of me before i could grab it properly.
when i asked her for some type of information to file a complaint, she refused saying she didn't have to tell me anything. after insisting over snd over again, she yelled "Johnson!" and gave me the middle finger while i was leaving 😂
at this point just shut this location down .. it's trash.

My package was never delivered and said it was stuck there for a week now. I’m not accusing anyone, but if my package was stolen, that’s a class 6 felony

Quite literally the rudest and laziest employees of all time. I stopped by to get them to hand stamp my wedding invitations and the worker took about 30 seconds to even walk over to me even though she made direct eye contact with me and was doing nothing. She told me they “didn’t accept” invites at the counter and I needed to put them in the Dropbox - I pushed against this, as the USPS on Broad Street happily accepted my save the dates to hand stamp when I sent them out last year. When I pushed her on this, she said they weren’t required to hand stamp anything. I kept pushing and she said “if you asked, I guess we could.” I ended up leaving and I’m going to walk a mile to the other USPS because I didn’t trust these employees to treat
my invitations with any amount of care. Absolutely ridiculous.

Closes an hour early without warning. They closed at 4 but refused to help me at 3:50?? Couldn’t even take ten seconds to scan my QR code?? Clerks act and look miserable. Acting this way isn’t helping with the whole government trying to defund things.
