  The staff at this UPS Store went above and beyond. I came in with a complicated international shipment: apostilled documents being returned from the Virginia Secretary of the Commonwealth to the UK, ahead of a wedding in another location in Europe. They set up the prepaid return label correctly, helped me sort out which documents needed to go where, and walked me through the clearest way to get everything on time for the ceremony. Patient, knowledgeable and fast. I did not catch their names but every single person was competent, patient and kind to all who came in. I highly recommend this location.

  They said I could email my shipping label to them and they could print it. And then they charged me $3.50 for “computer use”. I used my own computer to send the email! You don’t get charged at a store for “cash register use”. Sneaky. Just say you charge $4 to print a label. Update: they replied so I am sending them an invoice for a google review use fee

  On the phone they told me that notary price is 10 dollars but they charged me 20 per document. The people there are super rude.
