From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted, even after I said, “Good morning.” What made it even more noticeable was that the customer ahead of me was greeted warmly, while I received no acknowledgment. I brought in a package with instructions stating that I simply needed to provide the label and UPS would print it. Instead of offering assistance, the employee folded her hands and, in a condescending tone, said, “Well, that’s a label, and you can send it to…” At that point, I was done. The issue wasn’t what she said—it was how she said it. Her tone and body language made me feel as though I was being spoken to like an incompetent child rather than a paying customer who simply needed help. Customer service starts with basic courtesy, respect, and professionalism, and unfortunately, none of those were demonstrated during my visit. I hope management addresses this, because every customer deserves to be greeted respectfully and treated with patience and kindness. For reference this happened today 7/11/26 maybe 20 minutes ago.
- AAAlecJun 28, 20261.0This has to be one of the worst ran UPS stores from an hours standpoint. They consistently change hours and don’t adjust online. They close early with notes on paper on the door, and have some of the most limited weekend hours. The staff on the other hand are amazing.
