  Every time I visit this store, I experience the best help ( when needed) and customer service. I had a few issues to deal with on my most recent visit this Mon. but Anne greeted me with confidence, friendliness and professionalism. I was completely sorted and on my way within 10 mins. Anne was amazing and nothing was a problem. I will add that I had spent 35 mins in a US Post Office having nothing sorted and left feeling useless and completely unsatisfied. If only I had thought to go to UPS GAYTON RD first, my blood pressure would have thanked me!

  Always welcomed with a smile and a helpful staff member at my local UPS store. Today specifically, Sheena!!! Calm, cool, collected, and a smiling face. She knocked out all 24 of my packages in under 30 minutes AND assisted others while the store was getting busy. Forever grateful to her and how she helped me gift all of my students something special. She is the epitome of customer service !!!

  I want to strongly recommend the UPS Store on Gaskins/Gayton based on my repeated experiences there. The staff at Gayton have always been professional, respectful, and helpful. They take time to explain shipping options clearly, answer questions, and make sure customers understand pricing and services before making decisions. I always feel like I am treated with patience and respect there, especially when handling important documents and notarizations. After a recent experience at the Pump Rd location, the difference was very clear. I did not feel that I was given clear options or transparent explanations, and the overall communication and tone made the experience uncomfortable for me as a customer. I also did not feel the same level of professionalism or respect that I have consistently experienced at the Gayton location. Because of this, I will ONLY be using the Gayton/Gaskins location going forward for shipping and notarization services. If you want a location that is consistent, professional, and customer-focused, I highly recommend Gayton. It has been a much better and more reliable experience every time I’ve gone.
