He displayed an ability to problem solve and was skilled in getting feedback in order to further solve the problem I had. This level of service isn't common nowadays. He clearly has the ability to lead.

- ACAna CalixOct 1, 20261.0I went to this branch to drop off a package and asked the person at the counter if she spoke Spanish, but I saw her face when she answered. She was of Asian origin and there was no one else there. When I went to get my translator, two more people arrived and she walked away and went to help someone else. She didn't even bother to find a way to communicate with me. It's sad that they treat us like this just for not speaking English.
- MMMatthewSep 10, 20261.0Dropped UPS overnight express package off at closing. Asked employee if driver was there, they promised they would hand it to the driver. I left and saw the driver there for another 10 minutes. Turns out they did not hand it to the driver and they just sat on the package. Manager next day was rude, blamed it on the driver, no accountability of making sure packages go out when dropped off. Obviously this location does not take care about its customers and the monetary damage they have caused my business. I could have dropped off at FEDEX and had no issues, don't take the risk using this UPS store as they can't be relied upon and take no ownership of their mistakes.
